Isis Gold ( Aussie Gold ) Large yellow is a very sweet and refreshing flavour is ideal for commercial or for the home gardener. Grows up to 1.5 kg and is not self pollinating. You will get better fruiting results by hand pollination and is quite cold temperature tolerant. An aggressive growing plant that flowers quicker thank most other varieties. (Highly Recommended) This hybrid variety was developed originally in Israel, which is also known as Israeli Golden or Yellow.

The Australian Isis (Yellow Skinned form of Hylocereus undatus) has a sweet taste with a tinge of citrus and a floral taste. The sugar level ranges from 19–22 brix. This variety of Dragon Fruit requires cross pollination but is a heavy flowerer and fruiter. The skin of the fruit is yellow while flesh of the fruit is white with crunchy black seeds. The Prairie Farm supplies cuttings of the Australian Isis (Aussie Gold) which are grown under controlled conditions ensuring that these are mature and disease free.
